Product Overview
The YEEDA BAKE Commercial Electric Pizza Dough Roller is designed for pizzerias, restaurants, hotels, catering kitchens, and other commercial food-service operations that require faster and more consistent pizza base preparation.
The series includes both single-roller and double-roller models, allowing customers to choose according to production volume, pizza size, and desired consistency. Single-roller models offer a compact and cost-effective solution for everyday pizza production, while double-roller models use two sequential roller stages to produce a more uniform dough sheet with improved thickness consistency from center to edge.
Available models handle dough portions from 50 to 500 g and pizza diameters from 100 to 480 mm, covering mini pizzas, standard 12- and 16-inch formats, and larger pizza bases.
Single Roller vs Double Roller
Single Roller
Best for moderate production volumes, compact kitchens, and customers looking for a simpler and more economical pizza dough rolling solution.
Double Roller
Best for higher-volume pizza production or applications where more uniform thickness and edge consistency are important. The dough passes through two roller stages for more controlled shaping.
Key Features
Single & Double Roller Options
Choose a single-roller model for a simpler, lighter and more economical setup, or a double-roller model for greater thickness and shape consistency.
More Consistent Pizza Base Preparation
The roller system helps reduce dependence on manual stretching and gives operators a more repeatable pizza diameter and thickness during service. The double-stage versions provide the highest consistency because the dough passes through two sequential roller sets.
100–480 mm Pizza Size Range
Different models cover pizza bases from 100 mm up to 480 mm, allowing customers to select a machine according to their menu size.
50–500 g Dough Portion Range
The full series is designed for dough portions from 50 to 500 g, covering small individual pizzas through larger and thicker pizza formats.
Adjustable Dough Thickness
Depending on the model, the finished dough thickness can be adjusted from approximately 0.7 mm to 5.5 mm, providing flexibility for different pizza styles.
Compact Countertop Design
The single-roller models weigh only about 26.5–27 kg, while the double-roller models emain compact countertop machines at approximately 35–42 kg, making the series practical for commercial kitchens with limited workspace.
Simple 220V Electric Operation
All listed models operate on 220V / 50Hz, with rated power between 0.37 and 0.45 kW, allowing straightforward installation in many commercial kitchen environments.
Lower Skill Requirement
Compared with hand stretching, the machine reduces reliance on highly skilled pizza makers and allows trained kitchen staff to produce more repeatable pizza bases.z
