The YEEDABAKE roll-in combi steamer oven series is designed around a floor-standing cabinet and trolley-loading arrangement. Compare the 20-tray GN 1/1 series with the larger 401-series cabinet.

Capacity & Control Options
- 201 series: 20 × GN 1/1 capacity; CMP, AC, SP and SPJ control options.
- 401 series: Catalogue capacity of 40 × GN 1/1 equivalent, with GN 2/1 and GN 1/1 formats listed. Confirm the trolley loading layout.
- CMP and AC versions list automatic cleaning; SP and SPJ versions use manual cleaning.
- Hot-air and steam cooking, stainless steel construction and 380V three-phase supply.
